Es un depto que cuenta con todas las comodidades que necesita una familia . Está en las mejores condiciones posibles , baño amplio y completo . Es muy amplio para que las personas estén cómoda para que puedan despejarse o descansar .
La zona es un lugar muy tranquilo . Es uno de las barrios más nuevos y cuanta con carnicería verdulería , kiosco almacenes a poca distancia.
