Our Apartment is unique due it is very comfortable, modern, bright and spacious and also located central Recoleta. Its capacity is up to 4 People so ideal for families. Flat has 1 Bedroom with Dressing Room ideal for long stays; 1 Full Bathroom and spacious Living Room and a Balcony with great view to Biblioteca Nacional great to enjoy breakfast in the morning or wine in the afternoon. Fully Equipped. Located in heart of Recoleta gives easy access to main tourist hotspots areas like La Boca / Downtown (20 minutes) or Palermo (15 minutes). Also Walking distance to great restaurants like "Roux" or "Croque Madame" in Museum "Nacional Arte Decorativo"; 5 minutes taxi to "Aramburu" restaurant or an amazing hidden bar/ restaurant like "Floreria Atlantico"; plenty of nightlife and apparels stores in the neighborhood. Building Amenities includes rooftop swimming pool; gym; sauna and 24 hs security. Public transportation alternatives are very near through subway only 2 blocks new Line H and 10 blocks to Line D. Also More than 5 buses lanes in Av Las Heras. Public Biking System "Eco Bici" is improving constantly and is a good alternative with nearest bike station less than 2 blocks.

Location is near to museums, coffees, restaurantes and parks of Recoleta neighborhood. There are plenty stores in the area like premium supermarket "Jumbo" just crossing the street or "Carrefour Express" 10 meters; handmade pasta stores "Salzamendi"; great take away italian restaurant "I Due Briganti" (attended by owners); traditional coffee of Buenos Aires "La Viela"; drugstores 24 hs like "Farmacity"; fish fresh shop "La Marisquería"; amazing restaurants "Roux" and "Aramburu" and more and more nice alternatives to discover or go to Palermo (just 15 minutes by taxi). The Recoleta neighborhood is distinguished by its great cultural spaces. In addition to historical monuments, it is home to the National Fine Arts Museum or Museo Nacional de Bellas Artes, the National Library of Argentina, the Recoleta Cultural Center, and other exhibition venues. In 2010, the city of Buenos Aires officialized a “Museums Mile”. It is a cultural tour that includes 16 museums in a 40 blocks radius. It goes through touristy neighborhoods of Palermo, Recoleta and Retiro.
