I’m Guillermo, a geologist and a lover of nature, mountains, travel and simple living. Terra was born from my desire to restore an old country house and transform it into a place where others could rest, slow down and enjoy the landscapes of Cachi. I enjoy welcoming guests because I love sharing the history of the house, recommending places to visit in the area and helping each person experience the Calchaquí Valleys in an authentic way. Although I am not always personally at Terra, our team welcomes every guest with the same warmth and care with which this project began.

🌿 About Terra Terra is a historic, rustic country house located in Cachi Adentro, 8 km from the town of Cachi, surrounded by farms, mountains and nature. 🏡 The house The house is around 200 years old and was restored after decades of abandonment, preserving its architecture, history and rural character. Its galleries, patios, gardens and spacious common areas are part of an authentic experience that continues to grow and be restored. 🌄 The experience Our concept is designed for guests seeking tranquility, silence and a simpler, more conscious way of travelling. The rooms have a rural style and are intended for rest and disconnection. They do not have a television, minibar or air conditioning. ☕ Breakfast and connectivity We offer a homemade breakfast every morning and Starlink Wi-Fi in the common areas. ☀️ Sustainability We use solar water heaters and encourage responsible water use, as water is an especially valuable resource in this region. 🤍 Who Terra is for Terra is ideal for guests who value nature, history, tranquility, authenticity and a genuine stay in a traditional country house in northern Argentina.

Terra is located in Cachi Adentro, 8 km and approximately 10 to 15 minutes by car from the center of Cachi. The area is surrounded by farms, traditional orchards and mountains, offering a peaceful and authentic rural experience. From here, guests can enjoy the landscapes of the Calchaquí Valleys and visit the town of Cachi, known for its colonial architecture, main square, San José Church and the Pío Pablo Díaz Archaeological Museum. Cachi also has restaurants, cafés, markets and small shops. As Terra is located outside the town center and does not have a restaurant, we recommend having your own vehicle to get around comfortably and plan lunch and dinner in town. The location is ideal for guests looking for nature, silence and easy access to Cachi, without staying in the middle of the town.
