Viva San Martín is a beautiful and comfortable whole apartment in Retiro, to enjoy the place of Buenos Aires preferred by tourists. Good building, 2 elevators, clean, simple decoration. Central heating, AA, 43 ”Smart TV, Wi Fi 100 mb and audio. It has 2 double-glass sliding doors that effectively isolate it from outside noise. Two separate beds, convertible to a king bed. Two wardrobe / closet. Full bathroom with bathtub and bidet, kitchenette.
Graciela and Alberto are a married couple who dedicate this department to receiving and serving tourists. We help with information, suggestions and advice when requested. We privilege the freedom of the guest and we are within reach of the cell phone all the time
San Martín is a semi-pedestrian street, with restricted traffic, silent at night, central and safe.
