Anna and Reinhard are happy to welcome you to Messe Apartment House, we live in Klagenfurt Viktring, have the office in the house on the ground floor and are usualy available between 9 am and 12 am and if you need any help.

Property info

The apartments were completed in August 2019, there are 12 apartments, ranging in size from 25 m² to 64 m², all of which comply with the latest building guidelines and can be accessed via the elevator from the courtyard, so each apartment has its own private entrance and its own ring intercom with the gate. In the courtyard there are 8 outdoor parking spaces and 4 parking spaces under the roof. There is also an underground car park, from where you can also take the lift to the apartment.

Neighborhood info

In front of the house, the bus lines 60 and 80 intersect, once from the Trainstation to the University and then from the city center to Viktring. The train station and the city center are 10-15 minutes away on foot.
