Many excursion destinations in the region can be reached in a short time. In winter, the Wurzeralm ski area is about 16 km away and Hinterstoder is about 22 km away. Particularly convenient for cross-country skiers: the entrance to the cross-country ski trail is only about 200 m from the accommodation. There are also small practice lifts in Hinterstoder for beginners and children.
