Welcome in our comfortably equipped yet traditional house in Austrian style that accommodates all your holiday needs. Enjoy our garden and feel free to eat apples, plums, peaches and cherries straight from the trees (obviously depending on the season ;-) Have a breakfast and coffee or simply chill out on our spacious balcony with the mountain views. Situated on the top floor of the 3 storey property, the 115 sqm apartment has a kitchen and dining area with balcony, 2 bathrooms (including washing machine) and 4 bedrooms.  There are 2 double beds, 3 single beds (two of them could be extended to comfortably sleep another 2 people) and sofa bed. All together there is comfortable place for 10 adults. On request we are flexible to do arrangements to add additional sleeping options, like an air bad or extra mattresses.   The kitchen is full-featured with fridge, oven, stove top, dishwasher, microwave,kettle,toaster and all the kitchen ware and cutlery for cooking and dinning.  Free Parking is just outside of the house up to 5 cars, Free Wi-Fi, Games, two Smart TVs' (Apps, YouTube,..), 8 mountain bikes are at your disposal. Dryer machine is available on request at any time.

We are a young family with 3 kids, living and working in Bad Aussee. We have done a lot travelling around the world and visited more than 30 countries. We like travelling as much as we like getting to know people from different cultures. Since we started family and settled down we like to keep on meeting people and making new friends from around the world by hosting them. So be our guest and make yourself at home. Bad Aussee - the geographic middle point of Austria. Just a few min. by car, bike or simply walking you'll get to the city center of Bad Aussee. This is one of the most authentic, traditional and scenic places also known as "Hearth of Austria". There are romantic streets, cafes, parks, idyllic places, rivers and bridges and panorama view trail around the town. Check out authentic hand-made lederhosen shops and you'll surely see the local people wearing beautiful traditional dresses on the streets. The local area is not short on things to do. There is a golf, tennis, squash, skate park and luxury Narzissen Bad Spa with inside and outside pools and saunas. Hallstatt Within half an hour driving you will reach Hallstatt. The Unesco world heritage is such spectacular place that there is even a copy of the town in China. Perfect for a day trip, you can enjoy walking around the town, visit Hallstatt's museums, have a great dining experience on the side of fjord-like Hallstatt lake.
