The apartment is located in a quiet sunny area on the outskirts of the town centre. It is very easy to find and consists of one entire floor (ground floor) of the house and has its own separate entrance. It is large and spacious and has a garden and terrace for guests to relax in. The apartment is well suited for families with children as well as for couples. It is well equipped and everything is provided for your holiday including towels, bed linen, cooking utensils etc.

I'm British with Austrian family connections. After many holidays here, I moved from London to Lienz in 2008 to enjoy the mountains, the fresh air, the incredible nature, friendly people and the exceptional high quality of life this region of Austria offers. Lilly was born in Lienz in 2012. We will do our best to make your holiday enjoyable and memorable!

The town of Lienz lies on the south side of the Austrian Alps close to the border with Italy and enjoys some of the best weather in Austria. The apartment is a 5-minute drive from the centre of Lienz or a 20-minute walk and only 2 km away from the Zettersfeld Ski Resort lift. A cycle path going to the town centre runs right in front of our house. The Interspar supermarket and self-service restaurant serving excellent fresh food is located just 500m away. There are also a number of shops including a chemist and sports shop within a short walk.
