We are a non-smoking property. Pets are not allowed.
As we live on the property, you may occasionally encounter our dog, our cats or our hens – a small touch of country life is part of the experience.
Due to the large natural pond on the property, the apartment is an adults-only accommodation and not suitable for children.

The beautiful garden with its natural pond, private terrace and sun loungers invites you to slow down and recharge. Start your morning with fresh country air – and, if you wish, with daily organic eggs from our own hens.
A small leisure room with table tennis, darts and table football offers additional entertainment.
Free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and complimentary parking directly at the house provide extra comfort. A supermarket can be reached within three minutes by car. Please note that there is no regular public bus connection – arrival by car is recommended.
