Our 60m² holiday apartment with a private entrance is located on the ground floor of our house and offers comfortable accommodation for up to eight guests. It features one bedroom with a double bed (180×200 cm) and a single bed that can be converted into a double bed (160×200 cm). In the living room, guests will find a sofa bed (160×200 cm) and an additional pull‑out sofa (135×190 cm), making the apartment ideal for large families or groups of friends. The kitchen is fully equipped and provides everything needed for cooking, including all essential utensils, appliances, and supplies. Guests will find both a filter coffee machine and a pad coffee machine, as well as a microwave, milk frother, toaster, kettle, oven, and ceramic cooktop. Basic items such as coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, dish soap, shower gel, shampoo, dishwasher tabs, laundry detergent, and more are provided to ensure a comfortable stay. Additional conveniences such as a hairdryer, drying rack, iron, ironing board, and small first‑aid essentials are also available. The living room TV offers internet access via an Amazon Fire TV Stick, allowing guests to watch ORF and other channels through the Joyn and ORF On apps. The bedroom TV provides SAT cable television as well as internet access through another Fire TV Stick, with the same viewing options available. Outside, guests are welcome to use the seating area in front of the apartment. Please note that parties are not permitted in the accommodation, and we kindly ask all guests to respect the quiet hours from 22:00 to 07:00 in both indoor and outdoor areas.
My husband Christoph and I (Andrea) are exited to welcome guests from all over the world. We live upstairs in the same building, but with a seperate entrance and garden.
Only 10 walking minutes away is the bus station Sulzbach Feuerwehr (B145). A supermarket is located only 400m away from the apartment as well as a charging station for electric cars, a petrol station and a drugstore. The center of Bad Ischl you will arrive in 35-40 minutes by walking or 5 minutes by car.
