Great location for winter and summer vacations, e.g. for hiking and skiing! Our apartment is located about 400 m from the middle station of the Kanzelbahn in an apartment house. The cozy apartment for couples and families has a kitchen-living room, bedroom, bathroom and balcony with a beautiful view of the Karawanken. A modern ski stall with lockable cupboard and boot warmer for 4 pairs of ski boots is located on the 1st floor from the ground of the complex. Access to the facility is via a toll road. Free toll tickets so called "guest tickets" are available in the apartment. Use of the guest tickets: 1. when driving up for the first time, a ticket is taken at the barrier 2.when driving out, the appropriate (!) guest ticket is used and inserted at the barrier. 3.for each further entry and exit this guest ticket is used. Attention: in winter snow chains are compulsory!
