The house is in the district of Kapfing, in a sunny and quiet location, the ideal starting point for numerous beautiful hikes and excursions in every season. The adventure pool with the "Therme Fuegen", ideal for sauna lovers, is nearby (5 minutes' walk), a riding stable (3 minutes' walk), as well as several restaurants offering cuisine for every taste. The shops in the vicinity are diverse, supermarkets and discounters, which (high season) are also open on Sundays. 2 bakeries can also be reached with a short walk. Small excursions are available for hikers, e.g. family hikes to the Schleier waterfall in Hart, as well as more demanding tours, e.g. from Hochf?gen to ..., or to the Kellerjoch and much more. Swimming at the Schlitterer See with a large playground, the adventure park at the Spieljoch, the spruce castle in the Zillertal Arena are real highlights for the children. Refreshments are available everywhere. In winter, the Spieljoch, Hochf?gen and Hochzillertal ski centers in Kaltenbach are only a few minutes' drive away. The ski bus stops are in the immediate vicinity (50 or 150m). A toboggan run and an ice skating rink invite you to enjoy sporting leisure activities away from the ski slopes.
