Dieses Objekt ist 2018 neu errichtet worden. Das Appartement und die Einrichtung ist brandneu und läd zum gemütlichen Verweilen ein. Eine große, exklusive Küche ist mit allen technischen Neuheiten (Dampfgarer, Mirkowelle, Herd, Induktionskochplatte) ausgerüstet. Die Arbeitsplatte der Küche ist aus hochwertigem Naturstein. Das Badezimmer bietet Ihnen genügend Platz und ist mit einer Regendusche sowie einer Badewanne ausgestattet. Weiters besitzt die Unterkunft einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz, welcher kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt wird. Die Unterkunft liegt inmitten der Urlaubsregion Schladming-Dachstein. Somit sind Sie in wenigen Minuten auf den schönsten Pisten der Steiermark (Hauser Kaibling, Planai, Hochwurzen, Reiteralm). Die Skibushaltestelle ist nur 20 Meter von der Unterkunft entfernt. Auch im Sommer bietet der Raum Gröbming viele Wandermöglicheiten.
