It's a brand new apartment in the middle of the Kitzbüheler Alps, builde 2020 finished 2021 It has 2 sleeping rooms, 1 living kitchen area 1 bath room and 1 toilette. There are 3 TV's in there, in the living room you also find a playstation 2 and you can log in on this TV to your Netflix or Amazon Prime account. The apartment also offers a big terrasse and on request a grill to make BBQ. You can use the garage in the house for your skis or bikes and you can park your car underneath the carport. Just across the street is a hotel where you can use the wellness and sauna area.
Just across the street is the Lifthotel and Hotel Kroneck you can use the wellness areas (Sauna/swimming pool) of both hotels for free. You can also book breakfast in one of the Hotels, prices on request. There is also a Pizzeria, a bar (Almrauschbar) and a steak house just next to the apartment. The Maierl Gondel which brings you in the Kitzbüheler Alpen ski area is just 200meters away and the bus stop is just accross the street. Also the Gaisberg lift where you can go toboggan and night skiing is just a few walking minutes away.
