Property info

The brand-new holiday apartments are located just 100 m north of the center of Gerlos and, thanks to their excellent location, offer the perfect mix of nighttime tranquility and walking-distance access to the lifts, restaurants, shops, and local venues. Our house features four completely renovated holiday apartments: two smaller ones for 4–5 people (renovated in 2021) and two larger apartments for 4–7 and 8 people. Apartment Top 4 will be completed in December 2025 and Top 3 in January 2026 – therefore, the image gallery currently contains only 3D renderings and no photos yet. Please note that two parking spaces per apartment are reserved for you in the nearby parking garage (maximum entry height 2.1 m). If you are arriving with more than two cars per apartment, any additional parking spaces must unfortunately be paid for by yourself. Our house manager, Eliska Roos, lives in Gerlos and is your contact person for check-in and, of course, also throughout your stay. She will be happy to assist you with any questions! We look forward to welcoming you!
