Our house was built in typical Carinthian style in a beautiful, quiet and sunny south facing location with an impressive commanding view over the valley of Bad Kleinkirchheim. The apartments have been decorated to ensure your stay is very comfortable while maintaining the rustical style of the area. All apartments have either a south-facing balcony or terrace, Satellite TV, Radio and telephones. There is also a large garden and numerous parking spaces available. In addition, all apartments have free WLAN internet access. The Sonnwiesen double seat lift, which connects to the Nockalm and all other ski-lifts in the area, is situated ca. 150m from the house. It is a convenient starting point for wonderful hikes or pleasant walks, tennis, horse-riding, golf, thermal spas and many more holiday activities. Although almost everything is in walking distance, the bus-stop for the free shuttle bus which travels around the whole area is extremely close-by.

We are an Austrian/Irish couple. Both of us have a very cosmopolitan background and will try our very best to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Located practically right at the ski piste/lift and also beside one of the best Nock-Bike trails of the region, our immediate neighbourhood is perfect for all activities. You will enjoy the breathtaking view over the Valley of BKK from our apartments.
