It is only a 2-minute walk from the center of Schladming with numerous restaurants, bars and shops, and a 5-minute walk from the Planet Planai valley station. There is a mini golf course right in front of the house. Cosiness and comfort have the highest priority here. In the basement of the house there is a sauna, steam shower and relaxation room (partly with coins) that offer you relaxing moments after an active day in the mountains. A heated ski and boot room, guaranteed underground parking space, passenger lift and a washing machine and dryer (coin operated) complete the offer.
