The total area of this residential part is 175 m2, including the winter garden, to which there is a direct entrance from the living room. There is a permanent exhibition of the original paintings of the owner of the house, which can be purchased by agreement. Accommodation offers the possibility of outdoor entertainment right next to the house and in the house, including mini football, swings and a wide range of board games. There is also indoor table tennis, billiards, table football, the possibility of renting mountain bikes, children's bikes, or folding bikes, and the garden offers the possibility of grilling on a portable grill. In the winter season, you can rent skis and ski boots. Accommodation in a magical environment directly in Semmering with a view of the beautiful mountain panorama near the ski resort Semmering and Stuhleck. The distance from Vienna is approx. 80 km, from Bratislava approx an hour and a half. Semmering offers many possibilities for year-round activities. The surroundings are ideal for nature and sports lovers. There are two ski resorts Stuhleck and Hirschenkogel and many hiking, mountain climbing and cycling routes. During the winter season, the World Ski Championships are held in Semmering. During the summer season, the Semmering Mountain Bikepark is used by mountain bikers, and various summer festivals and attractions attract many visitors. At the top of Hirschenkogel Semmering, there is a newly opened amusement park for children and adults with many outdoor attractions, bungee jumping, the most varied climbing frames and a climbing park. The bike park has built several routes according to different levels of difficulty and a separate route for riding specially modified carts. During the winter season, two separate lifts are available on Hirschenkogel - one with a cabin cable car and one four-seater. The hill has several pistes - from the easiest Familienabfahrt to black, including the so-called The FIS piste, where the women's slalom and giant slalom world cups are held every two years. There is also a very popular separate sledding track on the hill. There are several dining options right on the hill, and the APRES SKI Bar is a must.
