This cozy little apartment is located right next to a stream. The sound of the water creates a soothing atmosphere day and night. The apartment has its own entrance and is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. On less than 40 m², the apartment features a small entryway, a living room, a bedroom, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a kitchen with a dining area and a washing machine. Both the living room and the bedroom are equipped with a flat-screen TV, and of course, free Wi-Fi is available.

We’ve created a small apartment in our home so that anyone visiting and exploring Kremsmünster can find a cozy place to stay here. The apartment is located on the outskirts of the market town of Kremsmünster. You’ll be close to nature for walks or bike rides - for example, along the Krems River - but also near the town center for shopping or enjoying a culinary treat. About a 10-minute walk away are the famous Stift Kremsmünster (Kremsmünster Abbey), several shopping options like local grocery stores, farm shops, garden centers, a drugstore, clothing and stationery stores, as well as coffeehouses, bakeries, and restaurants. You’ll also find doctors and pharmacies right in town if needed. You can also easily reach the spa town of Bad Hall and the trade fair city of Wels in a short time by car or public transportation.
