Our apartment is locates near to the University of Applied Science, Eggenberg Palace, ASKOe Sport Center, Wellness and Swimming Center Auster. A bus station is located near the house. You just need 4 minutes to the tram station. By tram you will easily get to city centre. Best Choice terrace is completely renovated and modern designed. The apartment is located on the ground floor and consists of an anteroom; a bathroom with a toilet, a shower and a washing machine; a separate bedroom with a double bed and a working area; complete equipped kitchen; living area with sofa bed and TV, 40sqm terrace. Free public parking area is available. The modern and fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher offers everything you need for a short or longer stay. Our guests love the terrace and separate bedroom.
