Behind it all are the two of us, Agnieszka and Michael. Agnieszka lives in Berlin, Michael in Graz. We've brought the very best of it together in our apartments, each one furnished by us with great attention to detail. Charming, cosy and full of boho flair: the Boho Living Altstadt Suites are three independent units, lovingly furnished in vintage-boho style, on the 2nd floor of the historic Jakomini House – from a cosy studio for two to a suite for four. They sit directly next to each other, so they can also be booked together – ideal for larger families or groups who want to stay close. For restful nights, every unit has a premium king-size box-spring bed (1.80 × 2 m) with snug oversized cotton linen (duvet 1.55 × 2.20 m), two pillows and two fresh towels per guest. There's also a 55-inch 4K smart TV with Amazon Prime, a fully equipped kitchenette with a Nespresso machine (plenty of capsules) and a wide selection of teas, and the bathroom is stocked with shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Fast 5G Wi-Fi with a workspace comes as standard, and you can check in around the clock via self-check-in. One more thing: the units are on the 2nd floor with no lift, and one free parking space is included per unit.

You stay right on Jakominiplatz, the most central point in Graz – and right in the old town. Every tram line and many bus lines stop right at your door. The main square is about a 5-minute walk away, the river Mur around 8, and the Schlossberg with its clock tower, the landmarks of Graz, around 10 minutes on foot. Restaurants, cafés and shops are right around the corner. Parking is included: your free underground space comes with your stay for its entire duration, just 150 m away. On request and subject to availability, an earlier check-in or later check-out and mid-stay cleaning for a surcharge are possible.
