Completely newly furnished 4-6 person apartment with breathtaking views of the mountains. This beautiful, spacious and attractive apartment is located in a quiet natural environment. The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed, a bunk bed and plenty of storage space. In the spacious living room there is a double bed (140cm wide), spacious seating and a smart TV. The bright kitchen is fully equipped, such as dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker (Nespresso) and kettle. The kitchen gives access to a spacious and sunny balcony with stunning views over the Alps, where you can enjoy a drink. The bathroom has a toilet, bath, shower and spacious sink. In addition, you can use a washing machine in the apartment. There is also a cot and high chair. There is space in the hall to store your ski boots. Smoking and vaping are not allowed in the apartment!!

Only 12 km from Innsbruck lies Hennenboden (municipality of Ellbögen) at almost 1100 m above sea level. The apartment is very centrally located, just a few minutes drive from the Brenner motorway. In 15 minutes by car you are in the heart of Innsbruck and in 45 minutes you are sitting with a cappuccino on an Italian terrace in South Tyrol. The Patscherkofel ski area is only 4 km away, while the Fulpmes and Steinach am Brenner ski areas are 14 and 16 km away, respectively. There is a bus stop in front of the door with bus connections that will take you directly to the centre of Innsbruck or to the Patscherkofel or Steinach am Brenner ski areas. In Innsbruck you can go shopping, visit museums, walk along the Inn, indulge in culinary delights, etc. For those who really want to go higher, the Stubai Glacier (3210m) is an excellent destination! The apartment is located on the well-known cycle path from Munich to Venice and in the immediate vicinity of the Jacobsweg - a pilgrimage route; Cyclists and walkers are therefore very welcome! You can safely store your bicycles with us. In summer as well as in winter, the apartment is a great starting point for beautiful mountain tours, climbing tours, via ferratas, mountain bike tours, ski tours, ski & snowboarding, city trips to Innsbruck, Bolzano, Merano and for example to the beautiful Brixen in South Tyrol. Water sports enthusiasts can reach the beautiful Achensee within 45 minutes by car. Even if you don't want to do anything, but just want to enjoy peace, mountain air and beautiful views, you've come to the right place! In short: a place in the mountains where everyone can relax and enjoy the endless nature and culture!
