„Camping Nord“ is in the South of Carinthia, imbedded in a picturesque hilly landscape in front of the rising mountain range of the „Karawanken“, on the Bank of the lake Klopeiner See. The water temperature of the lake reaches 30°C in summer and the excellent water quality (potable water) was already known by the celts, who colonized the „Gracarca“ (small mountain) opposite the lake 2000 years ago. The shallow water at the lake`s edge is ideal for children and nonswimmers. Guests of the campsite don°t have to pay a fee for bathing in the lake. The campsite is at an altitude of 450 metres and has a dimension of 1,6 hectares. There is a discount for disabled persons. (more than 50%; Identification)
