Our accommodation offers you the perfect combination of relaxation and comfort. Enjoy quiet hours on the spacious terrace and in your own fenced garden. For sociable evenings, there is also a barbecue kota (service charge for charcoal, wood and cleaning), which creates the ideal ambience for cozy get-togethers. The interiors are designed with great attention to detail and impress with the use of high-quality natural materials, which ensure a warm and cozy feeling. The 2nd double bed in the Juhii (attic room) is particularly cozy. Please note the following information on using the stairs to the upper bedroom: Safety first: Use the attached grab handles to ensure a secure hold when climbing up and down. Personal responsibility: Use the stairs at your own risk. Please take particular care, especially when it is dark or when children and elderly people are using the stairs. In winter, the ski bus is just one minute away and the popular Kellerjoch skiing and hiking area is just 10 minutes away. For a cultural excursion, the historic silver town of Schwaz is just 5 minutes away, while the world-famous Swarovski Crystal Worlds can be reached in 15 minutes. Innsbruck, the capital of the Alps, is also just 25 minutes away and offers a wide range of sights and shopping opportunities.
