I am Italian and have been living in Austria for some years. I manage an agency for the rental of tourist apartments (Isa Agentur) in Bad Kleinkirchheim, it is a great job that is giving me a lot of satisfaction. I try to do everything possible to make my guests happy and offer them a carefree holiday that leaves a good memory. I myself, when I go on vacation with my partner Paolo and our dog my dog, I preferably choose houses or apartments for rent, in order to be free to live in my spaces and at my own pace, to discover the local traditions, tourist attractions, history and food.

Nice independent chalet on 3 levels: on the ground floor entrance, Living room with sofa-bed and TV, dining room with terrace, kitchen, toilet with washing machine. On the 1st floor two double bedrooms (one with balcony and TV) and a bathroom with shower. On the roof top floor a bathroom with shower and a large bedroom with double sofa bed, TV and balcony.

Neighborhood info

The chalet is located 50 m from the Sankt Kathrein spa and the ski bus stop, 350 m from the Maibrunn ski slope, reachable on foot with a short walk through the public park. Pizzeria, bar, pastry shop and bakery within walking distance. There are a small enclosed garden and a private parking area. Unlimited Internet, 3 TVs with Sat programs. Storage room for sport equipment (ski/snowboard/bikes).
