Our 74 m² chalet-style home is built from wood and offers our guests a holiday in a cosy, relaxing atmosphere. It has under floor heating, comfortably sleeps 4 persons in 2 bedrooms and the open plan living room is the ideal place to relax at the end of the day and comprises a lounge area, a modern kitchen and dining area. The bathroom has a bathtub, a shower and WC and there is a second, separate WC. The use of the washing machine and tumble dryer is free of charge. There is a car port and although smoking is not allowed in the house, there is a large terrace for those who wish to smoke.
Bedroom 1: Double bed comprising of 2 mattresses (each 90 x 200cm). The bed cannot be divided into 2 single beds. Also available is a Sat-TV and DVD (a range of DVD’s are available)
Bedroom 2: Queen-sized double bed (160 x 200cm)
Lounge area large sofa, 2 easy chairs, coffee table, TV with internet TV
Kitchen Full kitchen with hotplates, oven, microwave and dishwasher, coffee-maker, kettle, toaster
On departure, we would ask that you leave the house as you would wish to find it and in this case, we
would not charge an end-of-stay cleaning fee.
Neighborhood info
Our holiday home is situated in a quiet position, just a 10 minute walk away from St Johann’s
beautiful town centre where there is an abundance of shops, boutiques and restaurants offering a wide
range of local and international cuisine. For those wishing to self cater, 3 supermarkets are within one
minute’s walk.
You will be properly registered as guests of St Johann and will therefore enjoy the advantages and
entitlements of the St Johann Guestcard. In Summer 2025 one return trip with the gondola to the top of the mountain is included in the price.
The St Johann ski area is a 1.7 km drive (free St Johann ski bus 500mts away), the Skiwelt Wilder
Kaiser or the Skicircus Fieberbrunn/Saalbach are each 10 kms away and the Kitzbühel ski area,
12 kms. So, not only will you be able to enjoy the local family-friendly ski area, 3 of the largest ski
areas of Austria are a short drive away.
