Here you can enjoy the perfect combination of relaxation, comfort, and excellent connectivity. The spacious apartment accommodates up to 8 guests and is ideal for families, friends, or small groups: 1 bedroom for 2 people, 1 large bedroom for up to 4 people, and living room with a comfortable sofa bed. All bedrooms as well as the living room are air-conditioned and equipped with smart TVs. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment, so you can stay connected at all times. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen and a private bathroom with toilet, a large shower, and a bathtub – perfect for relaxing after an eventful day. Additionally, a guest toilet is available on the ground floor. All windows are equipped with fly screens and roller shutters. Enjoy relaxing moments in the outdoor area: Shared garden with pool, Terrace with pavilion, and balcony for relaxing. The property is also very family-friendly – children can enjoy a slide and a trampoline in the garden.

A doctor is just a 1-minute walk away, and a grocery store for daily needs can be reached within about 5 minutes on foot. The cozy Landgasthaus Felfernig is also within walking distance. Numerous excursion destinations and leisure activities can be found nearby. Right in Ebenthal, you can enjoy the Kalmusbad an der Sattnitz, visit the picturesque Ebenthal Waterfall, or spend a relaxing day at the public bathing area at Lake Kohldorf-Linsendorf. Families will also enjoy a trip to the nearby blueberry and strawberry fields, which are easily accessible by car or bike. Ebenthal also offers several traditional “Buschenschank” wine taverns where you can enjoy regional specialties – including Buschenschank Mörtl, Buschenschank Raunjak, and Buschenschank Schmautzer.
