This 44m² apartment is situated in the heart of Innsbruck and supplies all basic needs. It lies on the second floor and is freshly renovated. A lot of the main attractions including the old town, Golden Roof, theatre, Congress, christmas market, cable car to the mountain, supermarkets, clubs bars and restaurants are in 5 minute walking-distance. A big shopping mall (Kaufhaus Tyrol) and the railway station are a 10 minute walk. The apartment is in an old building with high ceilings and is freshly renovated. In the bedroom you will find a king size bed (180x200cm), desk and wardrobe. The living room contains a dinig area and a comfortable corner sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom comes with toilet and shower. The apartment can technically host 4 guests but is ideal for 2 people. For more than 2 guests I provide a foldaway bed and the corner sofa can be used too. The apartment has a private entrance and a 30 m/bit WiFi Internet connection. The apartment will be yours. No sharing - no disturbance

Hello I am Michael. I am a long time citizen of Innsbruck and like to welcome my guests personally. I will do my best to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Innsbruck is surrounded by majestic mountains. During the summer time its ideal for hiking and mountainbiking. In the winter its perfect for snow sport activitiese or discovering the christmas markets. The town´s landmark is the "Golden Roof" which is situated in the beautiful historic old town (a 5 minute walk from the apartment).
