Chesa Bunita Dus is on the ground floor in a building completed in autumn 2022, which combines Montafon tradition with contemporary architecture. It is situated in one of the sunniest locations just above the village of Gaschurn, at an altitude of around 1,030 metres above sea level - making it the perfect retreat for anyone seeking supreme comfort and a cosy atmosphere. All your heart desires: The non-smoking flat is fully equipped with high quality furniture, devices and accessories. It has a living/dining room with kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and WC, and a south-facing loggia with a magnificent view. A controlled ventilation creates an optimal indoor climate. High-speed fibre optic internet access comes as standard. The barrier-free flats are easily accessible via a lift from the carport parking spaces. Each holiday apartment has a spacious private storage room, which is ideal for sports equipment. There is also a separate hobby and sports room for fun and games.
