The Apart Rauch was newly furnished in October 2020 in a traditional style. We offer our guests free parking. The apartment has 65 m². It has 2 separate bedrooms with box spring beds. The living and dining room is furnished with a pull-out sofa bed. A bench with a large table invites you to dine and linger. The kitchen integrated into the living room is equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and dishwasher. Sauna for single use Further equipment includes dishes, cups, plates, glasses, drying cloths, salt and pepper shakers, garbage bags and other useful little things. There is a flat-screen TV in the living room and bedrooms. In the living room TV even with panorama live cam from the ski areas.

The small and cozy town also called the "Diamond of the Alps" has less than 400 inhabitants and is located at the very end of the Tyrolean Ötztal. The fact that the place is already at an altitude of 1850 m above sea level is one of the factors why Obergurgl is one of the most snow-sure places and ski resorts in Europe. What distinguishes this winter sports resort is that there are no waiting times at the ski lifts. This is possible because Obergurgl has hardly any day tourists and the lifts with a transport capacity of 33,000 people per hour transport the maximum 6,000 skiers per day without delay to the over 120 km of groomed slopes. Since the place is fairly clear and there are both lift and bus connections to the sister location "Hochgurgl", you can leave your car parked and let it snow in from the start to the end of the holiday. Gurgl is one of the few winter sports resorts where children up to 8 years are free, i.e. get a ski pass for free and young people up to the age of 16 receive a "child discount". There are three fun parks in the Gurgl ski area, where snowboarders and jumping enthusiasts will also get their money's worth.
