This stylishly and modernly furnished, barrier-free 2 bedroom apartment with 50m2 living space and large garden with sun terrace (25m2) was built in 2020 especially for travellers with higher demands. The quiet location within walking distance to one of the cities key transportation links (P+R Webling) with two sheltered parking spaces directly in front of the entrance door give the apartment its uniqueness. Underfloor heating and inverter air conditioning provide for an optimal room climate.

I am already looking forward to welcoming you in your new temporary home. Do not hesitate to contact me at any time and ask me questions, if you have something on your mind.

The center of Graz can be reached comfortably in about 10 minutes by car or in about 20 minutes by public transport, which is within walking distance. The Flix bus stop is within 5 minutes walking distance, the highway access Graz- West in about 3 minutes. All shopping facilities as well as restaurants and fitness studio are within walking distance.
