At HIMMELBLAU, elegant design meets natural materials. A very private retreat for those seeking peace and quiet, nature lovers, sports enthusiasts, wedding guests and everyone who wants to enjoy a relaxing holiday in the beautiful Salzkammergut. Fall asleep with a view of the stars - wake up with a view of the blue sky above Mondseeland. Fancy a dip in the lake, a game of golf or a round of cycling around the Mondsee? If going outside isn ́t for you yet, you can just as easily make yourself at home in the apartment. The private elevator brings you right to the front door of the spacious 132 m2 design apartment, which covers the entire upper floor. The sun remains a constant companion at all times of the day. The light-flooded apartment already invites you to have coffee in the morning hours on the loggia, with a view of the surrounding mountain landscape. The sun also throws its rays on the south-facing terrace until sunset - the ideal place to end the day with friends or family.
We, Sophie & Florian, who moved back home after a few years in the big city, designed this holiday apartment with great attention to detail and a heart for the beautiful things in life. Just as we have been warmly welcomed on countless trips, we would now like to welcome you and give you an unforgettable holiday in the Salzkammergut.
Many highlights of the area are located within walking distance from HIMMELBLAU. This of course includes the Mondsee with its public bathing beaches and sailing clubs, the center of Mondsee and countless walking routes and hikes. The apartment is also ideal as a starting point for a bike tour. If the spacious kitchen of the holiday apartment has whetted the appetite for cooking, you can get all the ingredients just around the corner. There are two large supermarkets and a greengrocer within walking distance from the Design Apartment. If you long for even more impressions, get in the car and explore the Salzkammergut with all its mountains and lakes or spend a day in the festival city of Salzburg.
