Our goal is to give our guests the perfect holiday away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Ferienapartment Hansbauer is characterized by a family-run business.
A special feature for our guests are our stone pine wood furnished apartments. We also offer a cot and high chair for our younger guests.
Due to the quiet location, you can recover from everyday life and let your mind wander.
Our holiday complex is ideal for nature lovers and families with children.
Our apartment house is surrounded by meadows and offers a variety of trails.
Neighborhood info
The holiday apartment Hansbauer is located at about 1,000 m above sea level in a very quiet location. The artist town of Gmünd is about 5 minutes drive away and offers many art exhibitions especially in the summer.
In Gmünd there are numerous grocery stores, cafes, inns, some boutiques, as well as a medieval castle and a castle.
Public Transport - Bus is located in the city Gmünd.
If you are vacationing in summer, you can expect various festivals, games and events around Gmünd and the Millstättersee.
When the weather is fine, cycling tours can be recommended either along the Cycle Path Gmünd - Maltatales or just 25 minutes away from the Millstätter See. Even with countless hiking trails, the area can score. For a day trip, we recommend the unique biosphere reserve Nockberge.
Other destinations:
The Trebesing energy adventure trail, the Bergfriedhütte, Haus des Staunens, the Maltatal donkey stud, the Malta waterfalls and the Kölnbreinsperre for breathtaking hiking trails.
