Property info

Chalet Mirlhof with four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a garden with large balcony is located at 900 meters above sea level, above the beautiful Enns Valley in the municipality of St. Martin / Mitterberg. It is ideally situated in the extensive Schladming-Dachstein region with easy access to the world famous Planai mountain. The area offers fantastic winter and summer outdoor activities - and the beautiful city of Salzburg is only an hour away. Locally, the nearby pretty town of Gröbming has all the amenities you will need, including supermarkets and cafe's. The chalet can sleep up to 11 people, with 3 bedrooms upstairs and a compact bunkroom in the kellar. The bunkbeds are adult sized but it makes a perfect bedroom for kids! Each floor in the chalet boasts a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. Located in the kellar there is also a large ski room, perfect for storing and drying your skis, snowboards and winter clothes. The middle floor of the chalet has a very large seating area with comfortable sofas and a central fireplace. There is a fully equipped kitchen and dining area where everyone can eat together.

The community of St. Martin / Mitterberg im Ennstal and the surrounding regions offer a variety of sports and excursion options for young and old. From hiking, swimming, mountaineering, cycling, climbing, horse riding to cross-country skiing, downhill skiing, ice skating and tobogganing.
