The house was built by the grandfather of the current owner in 1970. The house is still used by all family members to spend relaxing days. Everyone prefers to come skiing in winter time and hiking in summer. The house has the character of a cosy alpine hut, but with the amenities of a house. The master bedroom is directly adjacent to the kitchen and the living\dining area. Next to it you find another bedroom and a newly rennovated bathroom with a shower and the toilet. The attic floor is accessed via a steel ladder, where there are two more beds and many mattresses. Our attic has always been the children‘s refuge. If you like to stay in the middle of the nature, if you are looking for peace and quietness, if you are looking for a down–to–earth and cosy accomodation for friends and/or family, then our home is the right place for you,
The house is a semi–detached house in St. Oswald. There are other terraced houses located in the vicinty of ours. You have a wonderful view of the surrounding Nockberge mountains. Due to the ideal location of the house, you can walk to the Nockalm gondola to go hiking and skiing. In Bad Kleinkirchheim there are also two termal spas located (Römerbad and St. Karhreon Therme). As well as you can find a very challenging golf course and a cross–country skiing trail in wintertime.
