The reduced accommodation capacity of our structure allows us to take good care of our customers to the smallest details and provide them with personalized service that can satisfy most of their needs. Our greatest strength is the family-run business. Customer satisfaction is for us a must because we are sure that in the long run it will reward with customer`s loyalty.

The property is located on a green hill fronting the mountain and the ski slopes, dominating from above the small village, close to the woods and among the meadows, far away from the traffic but at the same time convenient enough to reach all needed services, included shopping areas, entertainment spots, sports, relaxation, wellness and much more

Neighborhood info

The beautiful landscape is ideal for hiking, skiing and relaxation all year round. The Carinthian lakes such as Wörthersee, Faakersee and Ossiachersee are nearby. Our B & B is not only a place for a relaxing holiday, but also an ideal stopover place for travellers driving south because it is located at a few kilometers from the exit "Arnoldstein" on the highway "A2 ".
