This means you can cool off with fresh alpine air, especially on hot summer days. The town center of St. Kathrein am Offenegg with inns, shops and the parish church is approx. 1 kilometer away. Some beautiful hiking trails start next to the holiday home and in the immediate vicinity, such as the Rowan Berry Panorama Trail, the Bear Circuit on the Brandlucken or the hike to the Patscha summit. We can also recommend a leisurely bike tour in St. Kathrein or the surrounding area. The Kathreiner alpaca farm is also nearby with a large alpaca enclosure where the animals can be petted. There is also a farm shop where you can buy regional products. Many other excursion destinations and direct marketers are located in St. Kathrein am Offenegg and in the Almenland Nature Park. In winter, our small but lovely ski areas and our three cross-country ski trails invite you to have winter fun. Away from the slopes, you can go on winter hiking trails, snowshoe tours, toboggan runs or horse-drawn sleigh rides.
