“Frau Hübel ist sehr nett und engagiert. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Es ist nicht weit in die Stadt, man ist aber auch schnell im Wald mit dem Maibachl. Ein ganz großes Plus ist der Tiefgaragenstellplatz. Sehr gerne kommen wir wieder!”

Located in the quiet and sunny outskirts of Villach with FREE WI-FI! 56 m2 apartments with parking, small balcony, flat-screen-TV, bathroom with shower, kitchen fully equipped, dishwasher, washing machine, hair dryer, bed linen, towels and finial cleaning - all included! The cosy and beautiful holiday apartment is located in an older apartment building with a colorful mixture of cultures. It is not a vacation resort.
Hi I am Regina, I am originally from Styria and also lived in Upper Austria and in California for a couple of years. A couple of years ago my husband was offered a job in Villach and so we moved here. I really enjoy living in this beautiful and quiet area, with all it's cool things to do and nice places to go. I love to welcome guests at my apartments and like it to be able to assist them with any question they may have during their stay! Hope to see you soon!
Only 10 minutes walk to the Kärnten Therme (Carinthia Hot Springs Spa Resort) and the Medical Spa Resort, close to the 20 ha large Warmbader nature park with many signposted walking and hiking paths at the base of the mountain Dobratsch nature park. 130 kilometer of the finest ski slopes in the local mountains and many perfectly groomed cross country skiing trails within 30 minutes by car. This is a paradise for hikers with many impressive mountains, posted hiking trails and endless seeming trails for all bikers and mountain biker. It all will be topped by the beautiful Carinthian lakes that are waiting for you to dive in and enjoy! Only 2 km to the city center of Villach.
