Welcome to Kitzbühel: New, very nice apartment with a beautiful, wooded area and few to the famous Hahnenkamm in Kitzbuehel - close to the golf course "Eichenheim". Eat-in kitchen with excellent facilities: kitchen with dishwasher, stove and oven, kettle, toaster, regular coffee maker and Nespresso, refrigerator, crockery and glassware for 4 people. The living area has a dining area for four, TV and a double sofa bed. Bedroom with double bed and a large box an additional TV, nice entrance area, bathroom with shower / WC, towel dryer and hair dryer, beautiful courtyard which you can use as a terrace in the summer and for grilling. Parking in front of the apartment. Bus to the center (25 minutes). Hahnenkamm and Kitzbüheler Horn cabel car station in 2.5 km and 7 km to the Wagstättlift in Jochberg.
