My holiday guests . I purchased my two new apartments Top18A and Top18B in 2003 and they were renovated 2015. With a double connecting door both apartments can be connected . The Top18A is from 2 people , ideal for 4 people and a maximum of 5 people available . The top 18B is ideal for 2 people and a maximum of 3 guests . Both apartments together are for a maximum of 8 people . From the balcony you can see in the southern mountains. A magnificent panorama . Both apartments have a comprehensive equipment such as satellite TV ( Top18A even 2 flat screen TV ) , bath with shower, toilet , refrigerator , 4 plate stove, toaster, kettle , coffee filter machine , dishwasher , etc ....
I often use my apartments for my holydays and am therefore not even locally . My Administration is available for the keys.
My apartment is in the center of Stumm / Zillertal . Butcher, pharmacy , doctor , dairy , post office, grocery store and bakery are within close proximity . A ski bus stop is in 150m reachable . The village has several restaurants , a mini golf course , a children's playground and a swimming pool .
