Our holiday apartment is located in the small village of Tresdorf in the Mölltal valley on the southern side of the Tauern main ridge in Carinthia, Austria. The apartment is on the first floor and can be reached via stairs. It has a size of 70 square meters and consists of two separate bedrooms, a living room with kitchen, and a bathroom with double sinks, bathtub, shower, hairdryer, towel warmer, and washing machine. There is a cozy seating area on the covered balcony and a playground in the garden. Every guest receives the Nationalpark-Kärntencard for free from May to October, which allows them to visit over 100 attractions (for more information about the card, please visit Nationalpark-kärntencard.at). The rental price already includes this card.
Our family consists of three adults and two children aged 12 and 19.
Tresdorf is the gateway to the Hohe Tauern National Park and offers wild and unspoiled landscapes, glaciers with year-round skiing opportunities, waterfalls, and idyllic alpine areas. The region has over 5,000 kilometers of well-marked hiking trails and includes an absolute highlight with the Grossglockner, the highest mountain in Austria. The Mölltal valley is a hidden gem for tourists and offers a sunny, mild climate, southern serenity, Mediterranean flair, and an incredible mountain backdrop. A visit to our village of Tresdorf is always worthwhile.
