Very spacious and light-flooded apartment with a marvellous view at the Southern Alps and a private access to the lake (with a big sunbathing area). A well equipped kitchen makes cooking a real pleasure during your holidays!
I have grown up in Spittal - about 5 minutes by car. The lake has been my destination during my hole childhood and teenage years. Today, my favourite place in the aparment is the sofa - I love sitting there and watching the beautiful scenery during the sunset (the Salzkofel mountain directy infront of me)! Moreover, I am passionate about the biking track circuiting the entire lake - start the track right in front of the apartment!
The neighbourhood is paradise for lovers of nature - the lake, the bike tracks, the hiking - all within walking distance! Within 15-20 minutes there are two skiing areas, a golf court and climbing places. Moreover, you have tennis and volleyball courts directly next to the apartment.
