With our experience in real estate, renovating and renting out holiday accommodations in Groningen and the surrounding areas (NL), it was obvious to take these experiences to a place with what we find important: "enjoy life" "like to be outside" "enjoying nature" "people around us"

Spacious apartments fully equipped with a classic Austrian but also fresh style. 7 out of the 8 apartments have access to a private terrace or balcony with beautiful views of the mountains. Mallnbach experience The large communal garden is perfect for one of the weekly BBQ evenings, or to sit comfortably together around the campfire.

Neighborhood info

The village has the Ankogel ski area (2636m), approx. 10 minutes away by car or ski bus from Mallnbach Apartments. The Mölltaler Glacier ski area (3122 m) is approximately a 20-minute drive away. Mallnitz is located in the Hohe Tauern National Park and has its own swimming pool with wellness facilities. In addition, there is plenty to see for young and old in the visitor center Mallnitz. The village has various restaurants and cafés, but also a supermarket and bakery.
