Wir haben zwei wunderschöne Appartements für Sie. Das 2 Schlafzimmerappartement im 1. Stock. hier haben Sie einen großen Balkon mit Sitzgelegenheit und wundervollem Blick auf die Berge. Das 3 Schlafzimmerappartement im Untergeschoss (Sousterrain - Fenster sind ebenerdig): Sie können von der Wohnküche aus in den Garten und den unteren Bereich des Gartens mitbenutzen, sowie eine Terrasse mit Gartenmöbeln zum Sitzen für Sie beanspruchen. Dieses Appartement wird heuer Oktober/November 2026 neu renoviert (neue Bäder, neue Möbel, neue Böden in den Schlafzimmern) Beide Appartements sind jedoch nicht barrierefrei. Da wir leider schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht haben, sind bei uns keine Haustiere erlaubt. Wir haben einen Skischuhtrockner und Skiständer im Haus.
Im Sommer können Sie mit der Stubai-Super-Card sämtliche Lifte und sonstige Einrichtungen nutzen, sowie das Busnetz bis nach Innsbruck. Sie sind in 15 min in Innsbruck, und haben somit alles was so eine Kleinstadt Ihnen bietet. Nicht weit von uns, ca. 20 min mit dem Auto, sind die Kristallwelten von Wattens - eine der meistbesuchten Sehenswürdigkeiten in Österreich. Gerne besucht wird auch noch der Achensee, ca. 40 min mit dem Auto. Wir haben in der Nachbarschaft, 2 Gehminuten, ein wunderbares griechisches Restaurant, wo Sie aber auch regionale Küche im Angebot haben. Ein weiteres empfehlenswertes Restaurant ist das "Kasermandl" - sehr gute regionale Küche, aber auch eine sehr gute Pizza.
