Our accommodation is located in a quiet residential area and is perfect for families or friends to enjoy a great time. 3 bedrooms offer enough space for up to 6 people, and the large eat-in kitchen is a place where you can have a cozy breakfast or cook a good dinner together. You can also enjoy a glass of wine in the evening while sitting together in the typical traditional Tyrolean spruce parlor. With a view of the famous Nordkette mountain range and a large garden around the house, you can really unwind here.
The house has 145 square meters of living space spread over two floors and offers
- 2 bedrooms, each with a large double bed
- 1 further bedroom with a cozy double sofa bed and
- 2 bathrooms with 2 separate WCs
- a cozy, fully equipped eat-in kitchen with dining table
- a beautiful, traditional Tyrolean spruce parlor with tiled stove, satellite TV and Dolby 5.1 surround system

A heated cabin also provides the necessary warmth after a cold day's skiing.
Free parking is available in a garage and 2 further parking spaces directly in front of the house. The garage also offers enough space for skis, bicycles or other sports equipment.

It's simply wonderful when people spend their vacation with us and can enjoy a wonderful time. We always try to prepare every stay so that our guests can feel at home from the very first minute, be it through perfect cleanliness, fragrant bed linen or simply a quick coffee on arrival. If any questions arise, we are always available and if anything is needed, we are only a stone's throw away.
The accommodation is located in a quiet residential area near the forest and is just a few minutes' walk from the village center of Birgitz. From there, you can reach Innsbruck in 10 minutes by bus or the nearby ski and hiking areas of Axamer Lizum, Mutters and Götzens in just 15 minutes.
Many other skiing and hiking areas such as Kühtai, the Stubaital, Seefeld or the Rangger Köpfl are also in the immediate vicinity and can be reached quickly by car.
There is a leisure center with an outdoor pool, sauna area and several tennis courts right on the outskirts of Axams - all within walking distance.
The village itself has all amenities such as a large supermarket, several restaurants, children's playgrounds and sports facilities.
