Apartments **Haus Lenz** Spacious apartments for your well deserved holiday at the foothills of the Schneeberg mountain. The light-flooded apartments, consisting of one 70 m² and two 30 m² Apartments. Our house (750 m see level) is at the highest mountain of Lower Austria (2075 m) with a rack railway over 100 years old. Only in operation during the summer months.
From the house various hiking ways and Biker routes, rise to the snow mountain Distance: 30m: restaurant 60m: Pizzeria, archery, children’s playground 100m: Losenheim ski-area with snow cannons and all year ski area ‘Wunderwiese’ with reasonable prices (ski hire at the Valley Station), Kiddies ski park, climbing crag, 700m: Salamander chair lift (summer and winter season), without snow cannons, no preparation, good for backcountry skiing. Chairlift runs only on the weekends and holidays (in suitable weather), Restaurant ‘InsLift’ 3km: Horseback riding with mini-zoo, Waterfall 6km: Zahnradbahn (rack railway) to Schneeberg, Railway station Puchberg, Supermarkets, outdoor- swimming pool, puchberger ruin, ‘Kurhaus’, Toboggan run (length 4km) from the Hengsthütte to Puchberg (incl.
