Haus Sonneneck was built in the 60's and it used to be B&B. In 2013 we moved in and from the house we made a little hostel with 5 double rooms. But if you are a group of 10 persons, you can rent the whole house like a holiday.
We’re Eliska and Bobby, Czech girl and Dutchman, living in Zillertal and loving mountains in every season. We don’t offer only a proven places to stay, but also our knowledge of the area and different recommendations for e.g. restaurants, hike or bike trips. We're keen on snowboarding, freeriding, mountain biking and hiking.
Fügen is a village in the mountain valley Zillertal. In the summer the perfect location for hiking and biking. In the winter it's a winter sports paradise-5 ski areas, 1 skipass for all of them. The nearest ski area from our house is 800 m (but it's a small one, called Spieljoch), anothers are in the distance between 7-40 km. Skibus stop is 350 m from the house (back home hill up). Please contact me before you book the house and I can give you more details. Above our house is a forest, nice for winter walks. And even the end of tobogganing run. Feel free to contact us, tell us what activities you want to do and we tell you honestly if this is the right location for you.
