The wooden house, newly built in 2020, is an ideal holiday home for up to 8 people. It offers four bedrooms, four bathrooms. Exceptional charm through natural materials with many unobstructed views into the nature of the Hochmontafon. The heart of the house is the kitchen. Professional kitchen appliances such as induction hob, Teppanyaki grill, steamer, oven, etc. offer excellent opportunities to prepare new creations. The Valtellina house is situated in a quiet, secluded location on a meadow at the entrance to St. Gallenkirch, district Galgenul. The valley stations to the skiing and hiking areas Hochjoch and Silvretta Montafon are easily accessible by car in only two minutes or on foot in 15 minutes. In three minutes by car you can reach the centre of St. Gallenkirch, where you will find several shops, various restaurants, bakeries, etc. The cross-country skiing and skating lounges are only two minutes away.

Haus Valtellina is situated in a quiet, secluded location on a meadow at the entrance to the village of St. Gallenkirch, Galgenul district. The valley stations to the Hochjoch and Silvretta Montafon skiing and hiking areas are easily accessible by car in just two minutes or on foot in 15 minutes. The village centre of St. Gallenkirch, where several shops, various restaurants, bakeries etc. can be found, can be reached in three minutes by car. The cross-country skiing and skating trail is right next to the house, the cycle and walking path is only 50 metres away. Behind it lies the idyllic Ill stream. The Aquarena swimming pool can be reached on foot in 15 minutes.
