Kaiser Max Apartments are located right in the heart of Innsbruck’s historic Old Town. We offer 9 newly renovated apartments ranging in size from 54 to 88 m², all comfortably and modernly furnished. Each apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with dishes, cutlery, a refrigerator, microwave, and electric kettle – everything you need to make yourself feel at home. Towels and bed linen are provided, so there’s no need to bring your own. Baby cots are available upon request and subject to availability. All our apartments are non-smoking, accessible by lift, and offer free Wi-Fi, a safe, and cable TV. The stylish bathrooms feature a rain shower, hairdryer, and dispensers for soap and shampoo. On weekends and public holidays, you can enjoy delicious regional cuisine, wine, and spirits in our Kaiser Max Restaurant located on the ground floor. If you're arriving by car, we recommend using one of the nearby public parking garages, as we do not offer on-site parking due to our central location in Innsbruck.

The Golden Roof is a late Gothic oriel window located on the "Neuer Hof" (New Court) in Herzog-Friedrich-Straße in Innsbruck's Old Town and is considered the city's most famous landmark. The roof of the balcony is covered with 2,657 fire-gilded copper tiles. The Imperial Palace (Hofburg) in Innsbruck is a former residence built and inhabited by the Habsburgs. Originally a medieval castle, it was transformed into a palace during the Early Modern period and served as the seat of the Tyrolean sovereigns as well as the residence of various members of the Habsburg dynasty until the founding of the Republic in 1918. Its current appearance is the result of renovations in the Rococo style under Empress Maria Theresa, led by court architect Johann Martin Gumpp the Younger. Parts of the palace are open to the public. The Imperial Garden (Hofgarten) in Innsbruck is a listed historic park located on the edge of the Old Town, adjacent to the Imperial Palace, Congress Center, and Tyrolean State Theatre. With a history spanning over 600 years, the ten-hectare park has undergone several stylistic transformations—from a riverside wetland to a Renaissance and Baroque garden, culminating in its current design in the English landscape style, which has been maintained for about 150 years.
