We have turned our passion for the Karwendel Alps into a family (side)-business and enjoy sharing it with our international guests. Our approach is offering modern but cozy accommodation providing everything you need during your trip for your self-catering needs and make you feel at home. We welcome families offer accommodation for groups up to 10 (or more if you combine apartments). Our unique Log-Cabin built only with big wooden logs offers a very special cozy experience and is equally popular with adults and kids.

Property info

Our modern but cozy apartments are the perfect starting point for a hiking or mountain-bike trip to the Karwendel mountains or a skiing trip to nearby Seefeld skiing area which is just 9 mins away by car. All our kitchens are fully-equipped for self-catering to serve the needs even of bigger groups or families. Parking (one car per unit) is provided, more vehicles can be parked nearby for a small fee.

Neighborhood info

Scharnitz is the perfect starting point for a hiking or mountain-bike trip to the Karwendel mountains or a skiing trip to nearby Seefeld skiing area which is just 9 mins away by car. Scharnitz is easily reached by train and our accommodation is only 5 minutes away from the train station. A bakery (which offers complete breakfast) is just across the street from our place and a mini-market at the petrol station provides for food basics. Do not miss the "Speckklause" for delicatessen from the area. A restaurant and a pizza place are just round the corner. There is an ATM in the village and also a doctor for emergencies.
